Having worked in the telecoms industry for many years, we decided it was time for something different. Something transparent and above all, a fair deal for customers.
Most telecom providers tie you in to a contract. The minimum term is 12 months, then 36, 60 and even 84 months. What seems like a great deal when you sign up is invariably not always the fairest. The rates you sign up to on day 1 and fixed for the duration, will undoubtedly be over the odds after 7 years!
As the agreement is legally binding, you need to ensure there is flexibility to meet YOUR needs, not the service provider.
We hear the same stories over and over again from our new clients, about the incredible bad support and service they have been receiving. Once you are contractually bound to a supplier, it can become very difficult to move without paying extortionate early termination fees. In other words, once you are “hooked” you may find the level of customer support is not all you expected.

We really don’t mind how many times you ring us and never worry about asking a “silly” question. That’s what we are here for!
Along the process you will get to know us too. It’s pretty vital that we build a rapport to build our future business relationship on.
And, if you don’t like our test phone or don’t gel with us, then just return the phone in original condition and we promise not to bother you again.

All changes are made quickly and promptly without charge and this is for the entire time you are a customer of ours.
If you have a support issue, your call will be answered quickly and on most occasions a solution can be found immediately.
If not, the issue is logged and worked on straight away. Our staff are fully trained technicians and will work relentlessly until a problem is resolved.
